Yi-Ting joined The Retail Strategy in the fall of 2021 as a Real Estate Coordinator, and her exceptional aptitude quickly propelled her to Real Estate Manager. Specializing in optimizing the retailer site selection process, she leverages data-driven analytics to empower our brands in achieving their expansion objectives.

Yi-Ting graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earning a Bachelor of Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Women In Real Estate Developments Central Texas Chapter (W.I.R.E.D). Outside the office, she’s an outdoor enthusiast, dog lover, and a yogi. She has a special love for the ocean - in July of 2023, she obtained her SSI Open Water Diver certification and is committed to finding a unique spot to scuba dive everywhere she travels!
