Founded in 2009 in Austin, Texas, by Lauren Brunner, The Retail Strategy has grown from a local tenant representation real estate firm into a full-service outsourced real estate department committed to an innovative approach to driving strategic growth for retail tenants seeking new locations on the local, regional and national levels. Since its founding, The Retail Strategy has signed over 1,500 leases for more than 100 brands across 48+ states and helped open over 400 locations, saving clients more than $150 million in occupancy costs.
