The Retail Strategy team is led by Founder and CEO Lauren Brunner, with over 20 years of retail real estate experience, and Vice President Greg Stanislawski, who has been with the firm since its founding in 2009. The team includes specialists in tenant representation, brokerage, location intelligence, real estate operations, and client relations — serving as a complete outsourced real estate department for over 100 franchise and corporate retail and restaurant brands nationwide.
