Lauren is the driving force behind The Retail Strategy, serving as its Principal Broker, CEO, and Founder since its inception in 2009. With nearly two decades of experience in retail real estate expansion, she has established herself as a trusted advisor dedicated to helping clients exceed their expansion goals. In this time, Lauren has consulted on retail expansion and site selection in every major market, as well as most of the secondary markets across the country.

She plays a pivotal role in shaping overall expansion strategies, identifying target trade areas, and meticulously overseeing the site selection process for each client. Lauren's leadership extends to managing retailers' initial growth phases and also facilitating national rollouts, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic expansion objectives. Her robust network of relationships and adept negotiation skills with all major landlords further solidify her reputation as a cornerstone in the retail real estate industry.

Lauren earned a degree in Real Estate Finance from The University of Texas. She has served as Director of Women In Real Estate Developments Central Texas Chapter (WIRED) and Co-Chair of the Next Gen Austin Chapter Committee. Lauren is also an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Brokerage Leasing Association (CBLA) and Austin Young Chamber.
