Lauren joined The Retail Strategy in 2021 due to her passion for determining how brands grow, while seeking to understand the unique intricacies of dynamic organizational communication and how to find ways to deliver key results. Although she wears many hats, she primarily serves as a Real Estate Manager for a variety of brands seeking to accelerate their growth. Lauren guides each brand strategically through her organization skills and by displaying key data which drives informed decision making in securing new locations.

MORE ABOUT LAUREN

Lauren grew up in Austin and graduated from Baylor University with her BBA in Marketing and Management. She held leadership positions in school and on her lacrosse teams which cultivated her ability to lead and grow others in a variety of aspects. As one of her coaches said, “there is a difference between being a boss, and being a leader. Your job as captain is to be there to support and encourage while motivating your teammates to be the best versions of themselves” - this still resonates with her today in her desire to helping every brand and team member reach their full potential.

When she’s not at work or traveling to the next new market, you can find her in the mountains on a hike, watching movies, or going to concerts! Here’s a few of her recent favorites and she’d love to hear yours!
